How to buy

Pick your game
Choose it from the home page. Each game has its own page with every amount you can buy.

Enter your account
Type the ID the game shows in your profile. We look it up and show the account name back to you — check it matches before you pay.

Choose an amount
Pick the pack you want. The price you see is the price you pay.

Pay
Choose how to pay and finish the payment. Nothing is sent to the game until the payment clears.

Watch it land
Your order page shows what is happening. Gift card codes appear there too.
Questions
How long does a top-up take? +
Most land within a few minutes of the payment clearing. If one is slower than that, we call you rather than leave you guessing.
Where do I find my player ID? +
Open the game, tap your avatar in the top-left corner, and your ID is on the profile screen. Copy it exactly, including the server number in brackets if your game shows one.
What if I typed the wrong ID? +
We check the ID against the game before charging, so a wrong one is usually caught at that point. If one slips through, call us straight away — a top-up already sent to another account cannot be pulled back.
Can I order without an account? +
Yes. Leave a name and phone number and the order is yours. An account just keeps your orders and codes in one place.
How do I check an order later? +
Use Search Order with your order number and the phone or email you used. Signed in, they are all listed in your account.
My payment went through but the order says unpaid +
Give it a minute — we re-check payments automatically. If it has not moved after that, get in touch with your order number.
