What we keep

FFTOPUPNEPAL keeps what an order needs: the game account it was for, what was bought, what was paid, and a way to reach you about it.

Your game account

We send the ID you give us to the game, or to the supplier who fulfils the order, so the top-up can be delivered and so we can show you the account name before you pay. That is the only thing it is used for.

Payments

Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose. Card and wallet details are entered on their side and never reach us — we only learn whether the payment succeeded, and for how much.

Who else sees it

Suppliers see what they need to deliver your order. Nobody else is given your details, and we do not sell them.

How long

Orders are kept as records of what was sold. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or remove what we are not obliged to keep.

Signing in with Google or Facebook

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, your email address and an account id from them, and nothing else. We use them only to sign you in. To have them deleted, contact us from the Contact page and we will remove them and close your account. You can also remove our access from your Google or Facebook account settings at any time.
