Who we are

FFTOPUPNEPAL sells game top-ups and gift cards. Buying from us means agreeing to what is on this page.

Getting your order right

You give us the account details the top-up should go to. We check them against the game where we can, and show you the account name before you pay. A top-up delivered to the account you gave us cannot be recalled, so check that name.

Payment

Nothing is sent to the game until your payment has cleared. Prices are shown before you pay and include everything — there are no charges added afterwards.

When something goes wrong

If an order fails after you have paid, we either retry it or refund you. Refunds go back the way the payment came in.

Refunds

A delivered top-up cannot be refunded. An order that has not been delivered can be, and we will tell you which of the two yours is.

Getting in touch

Contact details are in the footer of every page. Quote your order number and we can find it immediately.
